Review: Hapila! Scissors Cleaner Pen

One of my biggest pet peeves is to use dirty scissors. So you can imagine my dismay when the only pair in my pencil case gets dirty. Cleaning it with napkins used to be an option but it doesnt quite work if the scisssors gets sticky.

Well here's a solution!

Hapila! Scissors Cleaner Pen
According to the writeup on the back of the packaging, it not only removes dirt from scissors, but also makes them slippery, and also has antifouling properties.

This is how it looks like within the packaging. There appears to be a fair amount of cleaning solution in the pen too.
Here is how to use it.
  1. Clean the scissors with a dry cloth to remove dust.
  2. Apply the liquid from the pen to the surface.
  3. Rub clean with a dry cloth.

It works really well! The stains are gone and the scissors now has a glossy finish making it harder for future stains to adhere.

I had thought about replacing these scissors but it looks like i will not have to! Definitely a must have in one's pen case!

What do you think?

Review: Hapila! Filing Helper Sticker

A while ago, we reviewed the Kyowa Film Filing Seal which allowed you to turn anything into something that fit in a ring binder. Recently we spotted a similar item by Hapila! and decided to check it out too!

Filing Helper Sticker by Hapila!

There are 10 tabs in each pack. They are made of a transparent plastic that is fairly thick and does not bend easily.

To use, all you have to do is line up the holes on your insert against the guide.
Note: the insert i am using is for a 6 ring binder but there is also a guide for larger inserts for 4 ring binders as well.

Stick the tab according to the guide

And its done!
You can repeat the process on the bottom half of the insert as well.

Since its made of thick plastic, its a lot more sturdy than the plastic film used by Kyowa. So this is recommended if you have something heavier to attach.

What do you think? Have you tried them out?

Review: Hapila! Sheet Seal Collection Refill

Nothing is more fun than stationery shopping...well maybe except the organization of stationery *_* If you are like us, you will have tons of stickers in your stash and it is just too easy to forget about them. So when Hapila! released a sticker filing solution, we simply had to check it out!

Each pack comes with 5 sheets and each sheet is A4 with 30 holes.

There are 3 pockets [single sided opening] and each measures 98cm X 210cm.
This makes it large enough to file your sheet stickers in its original packaging. Plastic sleeve and all!

To file these sleeves, I used an A4 30 rings binder from MUJI.

It took me a while to file everything but here is a video it done ^^

What do you think? How do you organize your stickers?
